We finally realised that as far as education was concerned......we had passed our sell by date, so we departed the classroom and entered the world of tin tenting.For those not in the know, a tin tent is a camper van ,or posh home on wheels. Yes,daft as it sounds,we entered the 3rd Age by investing our pensions in a motorhome.The much quoted "adventure before dementia ", was to be our mantra, recognising of course that dementia would not be an option.

To travel,is often on the lips of retirees,but a couple of girls.....I use the term loosely...behind the wheel of a seven and a half metre rig, is quite a rare sight,so as The Tarts On Tour, we attract plenty of folk eager to ask questions or share their own experiences.
